The City is reviewing an application from LGI Homes – Minnesota, LLC for a proposed residential development generally located south of Hwy 10, north of Riverdale Dr NW and west of Jasper St NW. The application is for a Sketch Plan and Preliminary Plat for Rivenwick Village Fourth Addition, a proposed 27-unit, attached townhome residential development with the units split between five buildings, and reserving an outlot for a future commercial use.
The Environmental Policy Board reviewed the plans at their March 21, 2022 meeting and recommended approval of the Landscape Plan, contingent upon compliance with Staff comments. The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on March 24, 2022, where they recommended approval of the project, also contingent upon compliance with Staff review comments. The Ramsey City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for this proposal on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, and approved the Final Plat on January 10, 2023.
