The Happy Days Committee has selected eight food vendors to participate in the 2021 Happy Days Festival! The Lion's Beer Tent will also be available. The following food trucks will be in attendance:

• D & D Goodies: Eggrolls, cream cheese wontons, chicken dumplings, garlic chicken wings, teriyaki meatballs, tempura shrimp and salad.
• Ekbom Concessions: Pulled pork sandwiches, specialty burgers, ribs, chicken fingers, fries, cheese curds and more.   
• Justin Ternus Concessions: Hotdogs, brats, popcorn, fresh squeezed lemonade, root beer floats and walking tacos. 
• Mansetti's: Pizza, pasta, meatball on a stick, breadsticks, pop and more. 
• Purple People Feeder: Pulled pork, burgers, chicken wings, cheese curds, fries and more.
• Minne-Scoop-ta: Twenty-one hand-scooped ice cream flavors. Gluten free and soy available.
• Smokin J's BBQ: Pulled pork, chicken, burgers, ribs, loaded fries and tots and more. 
• Sugar Sweet Mini Donuts: Cinnamon and sugar mini donuts and gourmet mini donuts including: cookies and cream, turtle, smores, strawberries & cream, birthday cake, etc.
