Alexander Ramsey Room | 7550 Sunwood Drive NW | Ramsey, MN
Registration is Not Required
Qigong (chee gong) is a holistic system of exercise that aims to strengthen, stretch, balance and coordinate the body. More subtly, it ingratiates the mind, body, emotions and spirit. The movements are slow, coordinated and rhythmic, synchronizing breath, movement and focus. It is deceptively simple yet can be profoundly healing. Instructor Peggy Brown, a Spring Forest Qigong Certified Practice Group Leader, leads this practice group and is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and has been working with energy since 2008.
Due to occasional time and room changes, if you are interested in attending this class, please get in touch with Peggy Brown at 763-753-3705 beforehand.
