The COR
The COR is the City of Ramsey’s downtown development. This 300+ acre development is a true, transit oriented and walkable, urban development. The COR is centered on U.S. Highway 10/ U.S. Highway 169 and the Ramsey Northstar Commuter Rail Station. This development with a mix of uses is home to a long list of successful projects including grocery residential, retail, restaurants, office, recreation, government facilities, and much more.
About 90 acres of land is available for development in The COR today; 60 acres is City-owned and ready for immediate development.

The 25,000 square foot medical building is.located on Sunwood Drive.
New Horizon Academy
The 9,200 square foot day care facility, with 2,200 square feet of outdoor play area, is located on Sunwood Drive just east of Coborn's. Completed in 2018.
Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic
The 40,000 square foot medical building.is located on Veteran's Drive near City Hall.
Residence at the COR
The 230-unit luxury apartment complex is located near City Hall on Sunwood Drive.
Ramsey Rail Station
Connected to an 800-stall covered parking ramp by skyway with service to Minneapolis. It opened for service in November 2012.
Casey's General Store
The 4,500 square foot convenience retail store is located near Ramsey Boulevard and Sunwood Drive.
Affinity at COR
The 174-unit amenity-rich senior housing project, located on Willemite Street, opened in October 2019.
Sapphire Apartments
The 118-unit apartment building, located on 145th and Center Street, was completed in December 2020.
Armstrong Boulevard Interchange
Full-access interchange at U.S. Highway 10 and Armstrong Blvd completed in 2015.
