Our lobby is now open during normal business hours. When possible, we encourage you to continue to call, email, or use our online services instead of coming in. We are still accepting Permit to Purchase/Transfer a Firearm application via mail. If you have any questions, you can contact our office at 763-427-6812.

Non-emergency dispatch (to reach an officer): 763-427-1212, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To limit potential exposure to you and our staff, if possible, we will take reports by phone. We will still respond to in-progress calls and other calls as needed.
Records/Administrative Staff: 763-427-6812, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
