Each year the Ramsey City Council meets with staff to review and revise a Strategic Action Plan, which guides and focuses the City's work for the present and future. The purposes of the plan are to create an open and transparent working environment and shared expectations among elected officials and City staff. Ramsey's Strategic Action Plan is an evolving document that is revisited to address the needs of our growing community.
The strategic plan includes a mission statement, to be achieved through individual goals and actions for each City department.
