The City of Ramsey has embraced a new program to bring the community together and show our patriotism by sponsoring an American flag in downtown Ramsey. The Adopt-a-Flag Program calls for community partners – both in the business and residential community – to sponsor an American flag that will be affixed to a light pole within the COR. Flags will line Sunwood and Veterans Drives and, as the program grows, may also be expanded to other streets as well.

The City can’t do this without your help! There are two sponsorship levels available, Friends of the Flag Sponsorship and Patriot Sponsorship. Information and links to purchase each sponsorship are found below.

Friends of the Flag Sponsorship is $50 and includes the following:

• 2’ X 3’ flag – one of the two flags per light pole
• Engraved name plate displayed at City Hall
• Name in the Ramsey Resident Newsletter and on the City’s website
• Recognition at a Ramsey City Council Meeting
• Certificate of Appreciation & map

Patriot Sponsorship is $500 and includes the following:

• 3’ X 5’ flag - singleflag on bigger light pole at intersection
• Name plate affixed to light pole
• Engraved name plate displayed at City Hall
• Name and logo in the Ramsey Resident Newsletter and on the City’s website
• Logo on printed flyer
• Recognition at a Ramsey City Council Meeting
• Certificate of Appreciation & map
